A smartphone application developed by the Munroe-Meyer Institute's Keith Allen, Ph.D., that will help children with autism communicate more effectively is being licensed by UNMC. The app focuses on evidence-based natural teaching procedures. BehaviorApp, LLC -- a Lincoln-based smartphone app development company -- will create the app, which could be available for use by March.
