UNeMed Corporation is committed to protecting your privacy. The following is a detailed breakdown of the Privacy Policy for UNeMed.com and describes UNeMed’s policies and procedures for the collection of personal information by this site, and our use and dissemination of such information. 1. UNeMed does not collect and store any personal information about you without your knowledge when you visit this site, except where you voluntarily choose to provide us your personal information via the online e-mail form. If you choose to email or submit an online form, you have the freedom to select what, if any, personally identifiable information is sent to UNeMed. These messages are forwarded to the appropriate staff member within UNeMed to respond, at their discretion, to the questions or comments, or to provide the information requested. The personal information you give us is used exclusively by UNeMed for fulfilling services requested by you and to provide you with current and future information. We will not forward any of the personal data that you have provided us to any third party organizations and/or individuals, except with your express consent.

2. If you subscribe to our e-mail notification service, we ask that you provide your email address. This information will be used to notify you about new technologies, blog posts, and events or announcements involving UNeMed. Although we have access to the email address you provided at sign-up, we employ a third-party service to manage our subscription list, which is a common occurrence with other similar websites. Users who no longer wish to receive our updates may unsubscribe on the Manage Subscriptions page which can be accessed through a link in the e-mail notification.

3. When you visit this site, the hosting company and a third-party service (Google Analytics) will automatically collect and store certain information including: (1) the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the domain from which you access the Internet; (2) the browser software and operating system that you use; (3) the date and time you access our site; (4) the pages you visit as recorded by the text and image files that compose the page; and (5) the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. This information is summarized and we use the statistics to measure the number of visitors and track page views, click-through activity, and traffic sources. This information also helps us make our site more useful to visitors, such as determining what information is of interest to visitors, and for other purposes, such as identifying site performance or problem areas. This information will not be shared with anyone beyond the support staff for this website, except if required by law enforcement, and is used only as a source of anonymous statistical information.

4. A cookie is a piece of data stored directly on the user’s computer hard drive that contains information about the user. UNeMed does not have the ability of using the cookies on a user’s computer to identify the user nor do we have any intentions to do so in the future. Cookies are used only for storing temporary information and we do not use cookies to store sensitive information nor to collect and distribute information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. This site contains many links to sites that are owned, operated, and maintained by others. UNeMed does not have control of these sites and is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. While UNeMed provides links to facilitate the access to useful information, UNeMed makes no representations regarding the policies and practices of sites that you access from our site. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and when visiting a new site they should refer to any applicable terms and conditions, legal disclaimers and/or any privacy policy that governs that particular site.

6. UNeMed Corporation reserves the right to change its Privacy Policy. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be posted on UNeMed’s website at least 30 days before those changes will take effect, so that users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

All disputes concerning this Site and/or arising out of or relating to is Privacy Policy shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Nebraska.
